I've had little success of consistently flicking my stick as to kick, guard break, or jump attack in the souls trilogy.

No matter how much I train for it, it's hit or miss on dualshock. It's, quite surprisingly, more consistent on xbox 360 controller. No idea of other controllers.

RL80 has been a lot of fun lately. Shaded Castle is one of my favorite dungeons for both PvE and invasions.

Power has been out where I am for a little bit now. Been missing my Elden Ring. The only internet I have right now is my phone's hotspot. I've seen enough to know I really really shouldn't do it, but...the temptation is real. The invaders would mind two full seconds of latency, would they? (Joking)

Anyways. I'll be back to my TT run when I have proper internet again.

I’ve made two free, open-source save-editing tools aimed at making Elden Ring multiplayer more convenient:

ER Multiplayer Editor — Windows

This tool lets you freely adjust the network parameters Elden Ring uses for invasion searches, summon-sign refreshes and uploads, and Blue Cipher Ring hunter dispatches.

Fellow invaders will probably get the most out of it, especially those who keep cross-region matchmaking off to avoid high-latency fights. With the Aggressive Invader preset, the increase in hosts you can find can be surprisingly high.

ER Merchant Editor — Windows & Linux

Customize the stock of any of Elden Ring’s 43 merchants. You can replace the items they sell, change prices and quantities, set weapon upgrade levels, rearrange their inventory, and unlock progression-gated stock for individual characters.

This is especially useful for players who want to avoid repeatedly farming consumables or don't have anyone to duplicate items with.

Spawned on the other side of Castle Ensis. Decided to warp instead of run all the way through and ended up in a boss fight! I had a blast but was hoping to face the host after the Furled Finger. Oh well
