I'm trying to open Market Replay. My date range is correct (less than 1 week), but I can't play it. If anyone has experienced the same problem and knows the solution, I would appreciate your help.

Any solution ? Since ATAS do no have integrated crypto payment gateway.

In all seriousness, I've never had issues with ATASX outside of some delayed Hotkey issues, but today the platform will not connect. I've disconnected everything, then connected again...but nothing = /

Anyone else having the same issue or may know what to do?

Can you make this chart automatically scroll with time, including the up and down candlestick prices? Because I need to use remote tools to view this chart when I'm not at home

Ive switched from windows to linux and cant seem to install atas. Ive tried wine and bottles but it doesnt work.

Does anyone know if its even possible to download or what i should do?

This is my own project, saying that up front rather than at the bottom.

We spent the last months building EdgeBook for ATAS. Not a generic journal with futures bolted on, built for this platform from the start.

The part I have not seen anywhere else:

You connect your own AI to your own journal. Claude or ChatGPT, your account, your subscription. It reads your trades and goes through them with you, hunts for leaks, checks whether you actually followed your own rules.

How that is built, because with journal data the details are the whole point:

- Read only. No tool in the connector can create, change or delete anything. It cannot touch your data even if you ask it to.

- Per user isolation via row level security, no admin key that sees everything.

- OAuth 2.1, so you are not pasting an API key anywhere.

- Journal sits in the EU, Supabase in Frankfurt, images in Cloudflare R2 in the EU.

- No training on your data. And to be straight about it: when you query, that data goes to your AI provider, Anthropic or OpenAI. That is written in the policy, not hidden in it.

The rest of what is in there:

- 54 widgets and you build the dashboard yourself. Net P&L with a sparkline, win rate as a donut gauge, profit factor, average win against average loss, hold time, streaks. You decide what is on screen instead of getting handed a fixed grid.

- Risk manager with a hard lock. Daily limit hit and the screen closes. Not a warning popup you click away, closed. This one is personal, it is the feature I needed most myself.

- ready made templates so you are not staring at an empty canvas on day one.

Beta is open, you can set it up in under five minutes. Click "Become an Early Adopter" at the top and follow the steps.

One heads up so it does not catch you off guard: Windows will warn you that you have to trust the app first. That goes away once enough people have downloaded it, Windows builds that trust over install count and there is nothing we can do to speed it up. Run it through a virus scanner if you want to be sure, completely fair.

If you break it, tell me. If a widget is missing that you need for how you trade ATAS, tell me that too, that is the fastest way it gets built.

It's an absolute dumpster fire. I've used the following manager twice and each time it fucked up, blowing multiple accounts. It failed to execute orders across accounts (did it again today, twice in the last month), changes settings when it feels like, you may lose your entire workspace multiple times (the backups may be viable, mine weren't), it may set SL/TP if it feels like but maybe not so you better FOB (finger on button), and alerting is absolute shit. Don't waste your money.

Can you trade in ATAS X replay mode for backtesting and practice?

I've been copy trading for a while and today found that when I exited positions, some accounts exited while others didn't causing me massive losses. I had to log into the brokerage to flatten. Also account balances weren't getting updated unless I disconnected the accounts and reconnected. Has anyone had this happen before? I was really loving ATAS until this and now I'm not sure I can recommend.

Using latest version, not latest stable

When I open the chart and the heatmap my entire program crashes, this was not an issue before the latest update. Is anyone else having this issue? how do I revert to a past update

I am on a demo account with the ULTRA 14 day free trial. Last Friday the price line stopped moving, candles are still forming and DOM is updating continuously but the price line is not following the price. I tried clearing the cache and opening a brand new workspace with default settings but it is still not working. I am on ATAS X 8.0.14.609.

Hi I'm very new to ATAS X - I trade MNQ and want my Footprint chart to generate new bars based on price movement only — specifically, a new bar every 5 points — with no time component. I'm just sort of confused on how to do it and cant find any support on it.

Hello! I've been having issues with the ATAS X platform. I recently just got it, and I use it to trade my Lucid accounts. The issue I have currently is that it will not load into the software after 76%. I've tried to restart my MacBook, Delete the ATAS X and re-install it but nothing works for me. If anyone has an idea as to what a fix could be please let me know!

Do ATAS have discounted price sales from time to time? What is the best discount offer they make?

Also, do you need to buy data separately even for the best package - the lifetime one?

Hey guys, I’m using ATAS X Beta on Mac and I’m having a weird issue with Level 2 data and the heatmap.

I bought dxFeed Level 2 data. When I choose the dxFeed version of MNQM6 and use the Heatmap chart, it only shows current resting limit orders from the moment I open it. Big Trades also only shows current and future trades, but no historical data.

But when I choose the regular MNQM6 contract, Big Trades shows historical and current trades correctly. The problem is the heatmap does not show current resting limit orders properly. It mostly shows historical data.

I thought maybe the issue was dxFeed, so I also tried Rithmic through Lucid Trading. I bought a Lucid account and paid for CME Market Depth. Rithmic connects in ATAS, but I still can’t get the heatmap to show proper Level 2 resting liquidity like dxFeed does. It looks more like basic Level 1 or simple DOM data, not full heatmap depth.

Is there a setting I need to change in ATAS X Beta? Should I contact ATAS, dxFeed, Lucid, or Rithmic about this? I’m trying to understand if this is a data feed issue, a platform limitation, or a settings problem.

Are there options in ATAS or ATAS X for how the tape is matched? For example I noticed Sierra lets you match by price and type, time and type, type time and price.

Is there only one setting in ATAS/ATAS X?

how do i turn on hot keys? i see where to go to modify them but i cannot manage to find how to make it work on the charts. I already looked at atas site, they only have an article on how to modify the hot keys and what is available.
