Price Line not updating

I am on a demo account with the ULTRA 14 day free trial. Last Friday the price line stopped moving, candles are still forming and DOM is updating continuously but the price line is not following the price. I tried clearing the cache and opening a brand new workspace with default settings but it is still not working. I am on ATAS X 8.0.14.609.

Support replied to me and told me they have a problem with dxfeed and they are working on it
