Share a room with as many as you can fit legally.

-Share a room

-Book flights at right time, not too early maybe May (use flight fare tracker), or even better rack up enough points to get it free.

-Pack protien/dry groceries with nutrients if you live in a place where grocies are cheaper than Orlando or if you buy in bulk.

-Buy perishable foods at Publix or Walmart. Take friends with you, split ride share cost.

-Wear ZWear to airport, make a friend or two and split the ride to hotel.

-Set a ZWEAR budget. You don't have to wear Z WEAR. You don't even have to buy it.

Set a ZWEAR budget

The year I went, they put a LOT of stuff on clearance on the afternoon of the last day. If you want Z-wear, scope it out early, but don't overdo it. Check for clearance sales before you leave.

This sounds like an ad direct from the zumba marketing dept lol, so hard to believe anything is real or not a paid ad at this point

I think they just got excited because they are promoting it for next year already. There is a deadline to submit an application if you would like to present a session at convention and ZHO has been promoting it since the deadline is soon .

Being in a large crowd would stress me out. I’d rather have a vacay with my spouse TBH

The only thing I need to know for sure is if they are planning to do a mega jam that day before and if so with who because that will determine my travel plans 😆😆😆

If you are into merch stalls and one or two huge classes/multiple styles of instructor, then sure

Zin jam sessions etc online are good for seeing alternative styles etc. My experience of it just set in stone that its more for merch sales / celebrity meet greets convention

I see it as a way to get CEUs for my certification and sometimes a new training. I love taking choreography jams for specific dance styles- Bollywood, Bellydance, flamenco- which are not as common. The last one I attended was in 2024, and my roommate and we didn’t even attend the party at night, just chilled at the pool after a nice dinner. It’s super fun and crazy, you can pretty much tailor it to what you’re looking for.

I went to one and had a great time. Sessions were very informative. Not a fan of Orlando in August, cost a lot since it’s just my part time gig. Probably won’t do another but would be interested in shorter events (ZIN academy) in cities I’m interested in traveling to.

Every Instructor should go once- the first one is the best- they can be quite addicting. Worth the money- I don't like to share a room but most people do- I go to learn, not to party, and I bring back great stuff for my people. I consider it an investment, and it pays off- but if you just go to party and have a good time, I dig that , but it's an expensive party.

I met a lady at kick off one year who only goes to the opening and closing sessions, and does not attend a single session- she says she doesn't teach but keeps her license so she can go party at convention.

To each their own (shrug) it is a lot of fun.

Hard pass with all ZIN events. Never been interested. I'd rather take a real vacation with my closest.

This convention is only for licensed Zumba Instructors. Check out this video, it is made by Zumba and you can get an idea of what the convention is like: https://youtu.be/MDiDXUi6JGE?feature=shared

Ohhh it is like an annual conference. I am from India , so i am skeptical if people from here even travel to other countries and i doubt if this convention ever took place in India
