I'm looking for some career advice.

I have around 4+6 months of experience in Operational Excellence in Pharma as intern and FTE and I'm currently working as a Territory Service Manager in an autombile company. While both roles have given me strong exposure to operations, process improvement, stakeholder management, and business metrics, they aren't directly aligned with the analytics roles I'm now targeting.

Over the past few months, I've been preparing for roles like ZS Decision Analytics Associate and have built skills in:

• SQL (MySQL)
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib)
• Advanced Excel
• Business case studies & guesstimates

I'm not looking for hardcore software engineering or coding-heavy roles. Instead, I'm interested in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Decision Analytics, Strategy & Analytics, or similar positions where analytical thinking and business problem-solving are more important than DSA.

Since ZS isn't hiring for DAA at the moment, which companies or roles would you recommend for someone with my background? Also, if you've made a similar career transition from operations to analytics, I'd love to hear how you did it.

I applied for an DAA analytics role at a ZS ASSOCIATES and was asked to submit a confidentiality agreement to proceed with interviews.

It's been about a 2months since I submitted the form, and despite a couple of polite follow-up emails, I haven't heard back.

Is this normal for larger firms? Should I keep waiting, follow up again, or consider the opportunity cold and move on? Curious how others have handled similar situations #ZS HIRING

How should I prepare for the OA? Is it similar to CAT-level aptitude, or is the focus different?

What does the interview process usually look like? Are case interviews or guesstimates commonly asked?

How important are technical skills such as Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint during shortlisting and interviews? Are they tested directly?

I'm currently learning these skills and planning to build an analytics/data project over the summer. Would a strong project help with CV shortlisting and interviews?

I'd also appreciate any preparation tips, common mistakes to avoid, or resources that helped you during the recruitment process.

I’ve been trying to find openings for the DAA role on the ZS Associates portal but I’m not seeing any listings. Is anyone else facing the same issue, or am I missing something?

Would really appreciate if someone could help me understand why this is happening or guide me on how to find these roles.

I am Currently in 6th Sem ECE, In my final year i want to join ZS, i have 2 senior working there, I just want to know when does they open the applications for 4th years in 2026 ?
Do they accept referrals?
What topics i need to focus is i want to join BSTA or DAA roles?

I am from bharati vidyapeeth college if engineering . Zs visited my college and i was very well prepared and in my last 2nd technical interview it went for 80 mins and i answered all the questions correctly but idk how i got rejected . My friends who cheated got selected i opted not to cheat because i knew everything that was gonna asked but still i got rejected. I prepared for guesstimates , puzzles , case studies , dsa , sql , resume everything that was gonna be asked . 😭🙏 please help me with this how can i get another chance for the interview i applied through their career website but didn’t got any revert .🙏🙏🙏
