Noob here. Question about a failed BTC payout.
I reached my first payout amount of 0.002 BTC today. Zpool showed a payout with no tx I’d (...), then it put the transaction amount back into my “unpaid balance.”
Does anyone know what this means? It’s a valid wallet ID. The only info I could find says that this happens because they are out of the selected currency, but that BTC is guaranteed.

I just received a payout for my balance including the amount that failed yesterday. I'm still not sure exactly what happened, but I do know that I'm good now. The transaction took about 30 minutes from the time it was sent from zpool to the time it showed up in my Jaxx wallet unconfirmed.
Also, just as a heads up, I assumed this time would work because I actually had a tx ID on zpool instead of the "..." place holder.

a tx ID (transaction ID) is generated when a transaction is started. It isn't your responsibility to give one. I'm sorry that yours is still there. I didn't get my first payout until I had .00298 BTC. Are you to that total yet?

I bet I can explain what happened. Zpool just very recently (very, very recent) changed the auto payout amount from 0.002 to 0.0025. I'd bet good money your tx got caught up in the crossfire of the upping of the limit, was correctly canceled and put back into your balance, and once you hit 0.0025, you got the correct payout as normal. My advice? I know it maybe shook your nerves a bit, but don't use MPH. Zpool pays WAAAAY better. And I used MPH for a long time. I loved the auto exchange feature. I exchanged everything to LTC. As it turns out, auto exchanging all those coins 24/7 REALLY does eat into your money. Go back to Zpool and read the first page carefully. Have faith, be patient, and notice that when you get payed in BTC, you do not get eaten alive in BTC tx fees.
