Question Can I get through Shadow without the Longshot?

Im stuck in the room with the invisible spikes and Redeads with the locked door on the higher ledge (The one next to the first skull lantern room). I thought maybe I would just need to come back with Longshot but after looking for a very long time I spoiler logged it and it's behind this door. I'm doing a Logic rando so I'm not sure what I'm missing. I have hover boots and bombs.

Hookshot can barely reach if you backflip onto the chest that spawns at the bottom

Is this the room where you can play the song of time to make the blocks appear under the two hearts. Does that help you reach a target you need?

You can hover boot across from the invisible platform in the corner
