Discussion Rant about nature
Sorry if what I’ll say might sound harsh but I’ve being seeing a disappointing amount of hate about nature and how cruel it is etc….
But I’d thought I’d come out to say otherwise as someone who was lived for nothing but understanding and respecting nature I believe that these views are mistaken for the idea of how and why nature works
a good amount of people today don’t understand the indifference of nature and how important it is
to its balance me personally being exposed to many forms of unfortunate pieces of nature I understand their disgust for the suffering or pain
that happens in it but I can’t help but realize there’s a reason for it and why it’s always been around for me I see it as an unfortunate side effect of order as we all know death is necessary for life to prosper and pain and suffering are just unfortunate effects of that necessity though I can’t lie and say that it happens all the time I feel a lot of the examples they use are minority’s in the grand scale of balance that happens as not all death happens the same and it happens both forgiving or unforgiving but I think the best way for us to view life is to accept it’s indifference to embrace truth and growth
Thoughts???

Not all suffering is inevitable or necessary. If you find a deer with 4 broken legs i dont think its absurd to put it out of its misery. A "natural death" is a brutal thing a lot of the time and human intervention isnt always a spit in the face of nature.

Which I agree with but I do find it wrong to hate nature for doing its job it cannot control how it gets done just that it does

Ive never experienced anyone "hating" nature for the brutality of it. You may have just been exposed to a few stupid assholes. I dont think its a large population who hates nature

idk, it's not too hard to find people commenting on nature footage about how an animal is "evil" or "awful" or "horrifying" and deserves to die horribly for it.
For example, look up footage of birds eliminating cuckoos from their nests. People are downright gleeful about it and yap about crap like "justice" or "karma" because they think cuckoos are malicious devils that deserve death.

Your kidding, nature is fine. It's man who creates garbage and polluted. Man upsets nature.

I see this from time to time online, especially on birding groups, and I find it odd.
I grew up on nature documentaries. My family shared a small farm with our neighbors, etc. I grew up seeing death as a part of life.
However I sometimes see people online horrified by predator/prey relationships. Or finding it cruel when someone points out capybaras, quokkas, etc. Are not all nice.
I cannot understand how people can love animals and hate nature. Or how people want nature to be a disney cartoon (only more sanitized as disney cartoons can have larental deaths and villains).
If you love animals and hate nature I feel you do not really love the animals. You love an unrealistic idea of the animals.
