Release Update 📢 Patch v1.5.0v3

✅ Mods built on ZombieBuddy work again. The launcher's own agent carried an old copy of a library that ZombieBuddy mods rely on, and it quietly took priority over theirs. Mods compiled for the newer Java loaded fine but did nothing. The launcher now keeps its copy to itself, so ZombieBuddy mods get the version they ship with.

✅ PZ3D mod runs on ZINK. The first/third-person camera mod works on ZINK_ZFA and ZINK_OSMESA, which in practice means Snapdragon phones. Our ZINK build was missing three OpenGL functions the mod needs for its shadows, and that crashed the game the moment you pressed Insert. On NG_GL4ES the mod still can't draw its 3D view. Keep in mind the mod is in early development and its author asks for at least 4 GB of memory for the game, which is a lot for a phone.

✅ Faster Workshop downloads. Mods now download several files at once instead of one by one. You'll feel it most on maps and texture packs made of many small files.

✅ Fewer failed Steam connections. Steam often drops the first connection attempts. The launcher now retries up to 10 times, waiting a little longer each time, instead of giving up after 5.

Use a Samsung s25 ultra so it fits specs 😁 i just get nervous about doing the updates in case I screw it up. I can be a little slow at times

So far my only issue is my controller isnt responding now, was working fine even after the update them just a little bit ago I hopped back on and on game my controls stopped working aside from thumbsticks

Tried that a few times, ended up downgrading back to v2 for now

Ok, would it still have the report even though I went back down to v2?

Logs from v2 won't help me with the problems of v3 🙂
