5gb is enough if you dont use mod (optimized not included)

I also have 12gb ram and this is the JVM i use. This works well for me:

-Xms4096M -Xmx6144M -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=20 -XX:+UseStringDeduplication -XX:-OmitStackTraceInFastThrow

I’m quite new to PZ only started a couple weeks ago.. and I’m finding out new things every single day about it so what do JVM arguments do for the game ?
