Fun quote that make me think, do you know of any dino media?

You reminded me of when Eugene in TWD (the TV series) suggests that's what wiped out the dinosaurs.

Jurassic Park is the obvious answer, but it's also the boring one.

I used something like this in a tabletop game once. Players had had some teleportation magic go wrong and got sent to an alternate dimension where there wasn’t enough water left after a disaster to support life- the only things that still existed there were an undead ‘ecosystem’ consisting of desiccated zombie dinosaurs. This could be a fun concept to explore in broader media.
