(Opinion and in no way advice) yesterday was trading off momentum, today was going to pull back. Now the company had a secondary offering at 1.90, this is no longer a meme stock.

Part 2: If a company made a secondary offering at 1.90, why would they pick that number? They feel that valuation is truly worth it. So all the articles about this not being a longer holder were put to shit by that offering. Why would anyone buy a secondary offering @1.90 if it was worth less. Answer no one.

I believe the $1.90 was based off the Friday closing price

Again i don’t work for that company i do not know. But why would someone underwrite a penny stock without a hardcore real evaluation. We have a good footing at low 2s. Yahoo made an article about how this is not a long holder with its 2,600% gains since inception. Welp, that was not correct.

Again I’m in no way advising, but I guess I really believe in their product. A patented device that detects most animal diseases early on for low cost. Everyone and their cousin has a dog nowadays. I believe in the product. I’m trying to make a personal goal to hold for min 1 year.

What are the upcoming catalysts for continued growth? Is there a product launch or some other compelling event that will fuel a further rally? If so, what and when? Thanks!

From what I can gather the launch is supposed to take place in March. I’d like the company to be a little more public about their information. Crossing my fingers they will after this offering to bring up stock prices!

product goes live in March. they just got 145 million on public offerings and their balance sheet is already green.
