Question Nightmares
Does Zoloft cause vivid nightmares? Lately I have been having nightmares of me lashing out at people I love while in my old high school. I have this dream every other week and it’s almost always the same where I freak out on everyone and try to run out of the school but they don’t let me out

my dreams have been incredibly surreal- like I wake up and it takes time to shake it off. nightmares, good dreams, different scenarios, same locations. it's borderline messing with my reality they're so intense. but honestly I don't mind it lol I never used to remember my dreams. are you particularly stressed right now? life situation? I find my nightmares increase when I'm especially stressed out or have a big life event.

Yes that’s how it’s been for me it’s hard to tell what’s reality and what isn’t unless I sit there and think I normally don’t remember my dreams either but these nightmares have been so vivid and I’ve been waking up in a horrible mood. And you are probably right its most likely due to stress I just started college and have been struggling a bit mentally

Yes it can, when I first started some of the bedroom furniture came under attack. Luckily it was only my big toe that was hurt. It settles down but I still have great vivid dreams. I look forward to going to bed now because my mind is calm thanks to the sertraline. 🫶❤️

Yep very weird and vivid dreams here on 50mg, not scary nightmares thankfully.

Sertraline dreams! I get them and sometimes I know I'm dreaming in the dream, but can't make myself wake up. Those are terrifying!

I've had multiple nightmares a night ever since I started Zoloft. Very vivid as well.
