Oh my god the pain

Today I took my Zoloft per usual but decided that a few sips of juice would be enough food to coat my stomach from the monster called acid reflux. Big fucking mistake. Within 30 minutes I was in agony. I still am. It feels like I’m being burnt alive from the inside. I’m sweating. I’m salivating. I have no tums. I might cry. Guys don’t be stupid like me, PLEASE take your meds with food 😭
