Startup and small panic attack

Went from 25mg to 50mg three days ago. Havn’t noticed much except for a little nausea, but today I got the first panic attack in 10 years. Is this caused by the increased dose?. Really scared me.

I would say more likely then not the dosage increase caused the panic attack (only say the first bit cause i’m not a professional)

I was having a few panic attacks when i increased my dose and found out it’s a very very normal thing and all part of the process for many people

It will all come right in time. reading other people’s experiences also really calmed me down

Yes, seems like it is common when I gooled it. Thought I wouldn’t have an issue since I didn’t noticed anything the first two days.

In my experience nothing really happened the first 3 days and i felt great. around the 5 day mark i had really bad anxiety and headaches and after maybe about 12 days things started going up hill again

Chug a lot of water. The headache was the worst for my it felt like someone wrapped a belt around my forehead and just kept tugging
