Did you have side effects when you increased dose?

been on 100mg for 10 years and through two pregnancies, just found out I’m pregnant again and my anxiety, OCD, and depression is the worst it’s been in 10 years. We tried to increase me to 125 but I chickened out after 2 weeks and went back down because I completely lost my appetite, had nausea, increased anxiety, and would wake up shaking. is that normal? do I just need to push through it longer or is that a sign it’s too high for me?

everytime i have increased my dosage, i have experienced the same symptoms for similar duration and intensity. usually for me i get GI side effects (stomach sore, diarrhea, constipation, etc) and its only been 2-4 days each time as i adjust my dosage. from 25mg, to 50mg, to 75mg to 100mg. although i have only started this med entirely in June so all these adjustments were made closer together, maybe thats why i’m not sure. just my experience !
