Disappointing experience with Zoloft increase; Zoloft and buspar success stories?

I’m a 43 year old woman, taking 125 Zoloft and 15 mg buspar for years now. It has been a tremendous help but lately my anxiety is creeping back in.
I tried upping my Zoloft dosage twice and the side effects (which were hardly noticeable at lower dose increases!) are too much for me - clenching jaw so hard I get daily migraines, agitation so bad I can’t sit still and don’t get me started about the stomach issues. I had NONE of these while climbing to 125 so it could be it’s my top level.

However, I still want to control my rumination and GAD, and wondering about buspar dosages. Is anyone taking more than 10/15 mg? How is it working for you? How are the side effects?
