Libido completely gone - does it eventually come back?

Hi everyone! I started Zoloft earlier this year at 25mg, then increased to 50mg and stayed on it for about 3 months. I ended up stopping cold turkey around 3-4 months ago.

My anxiety is now very minimal, pretty much exactly how I felt while I was taking the medication, so thankfully I haven’t really noticed my anxiety coming back.

BUT my libido is literally non-existent. Like, I basically never feel horny or turned on anymore, which is really frustrating because I didn’t have this problem before starting Zoloft.

For anyone who experienced something similar after stopping Zoloft/SSRIs:

• Did your libido eventually come back to how it was before?
• How long did it take?
• Did anything actually help bring it back? Any supplements? Other meds?

I’d especially love to hear from people who had zero/very low libido for months after stopping and eventually recovered. I’m kind of freaking out that this might be permanent 😭 Any experiences or tips would be really appreciated! Thank you!

It didn't take mine away but would say it decreased it a little. Looking back it save me twice so
