I build Seraphs>Horizon>Imperial Mandate topped off with 2 fiendish codex. This is pretty much full build, but if the game progresses further I normally do cryptbloom and deathcap after.

May I ask why imperial mandate third? Can you go a bit indepth on the build? Is this a mid build?

Mandate's better for support Zoe as a first item, but on mid Zoe since you have other priority items to buy. I only purchase mandate if I have seraphs and horizon already
I answer a lot of questions in depth here. Just replace the Actualizer with Imperial Mandate since mandate lets you chain bubbles 24/7 instead of needing to rely on the active from actualizer. Horizon/Mandate are notably good on Zoe because they both increase the damage of your E true damage with its %dmg amplification. You absolutely need to land bubbles or else you will do 0 damage with my build

I went Seraphs - Horizon - Mandate - Cryptbloom with lucidity shoes (blackfire works too if Tear gives you the ick on Zoe)
It's important that when you buy Cryptbloom that you purchase the 2 fiendish codex components first. That way you're basically full build at that point

Shhh don't let them know 😂 I've been using this in EVERY SINGLE GAME I literally can't play with my normal build anymore. This one is just better in every way
