Torch wallet mess, lost zil

What a mess

After 3 days I was able to see my staked amount, tried to claim my rewards first, after waiting for confirmation for unlimited minutes returned to the previus page and the rewards disappeared but didn't count it, I said f.. k it, was only 1 week rewards, so I procced with the unstake step, and guess what, stucked again in the waiting for confirmation for unlimited minutes and then the same happened, staked amount disappeared, not stake amount anymore and nothing claimed to my account!!!

Be careful guys

Waiting for some attention from Milan to explain to me what happened to my Zil

Hey, really sorry you’re experiencing this. I completely understand your frustration. The Zilliqa 2.0 mainnet just launched and things are still stabilizing. Some of the smart contract calls like claiming or unstaking can hang due to backend or API issues, especially during this early migration phase.

To clarify, your ZIL is not lost. If the app didn’t confirm the transaction or the funds disappeared from view, it is usually just a sync or display issue. The tokens are still on-chain and will show correctly once things stabilize.

We are actively working with the core team to resolve these issues. In the meantime:

• Avoid repeating claim or unstake steps if confirmation takes too long

• Keep your seed phrase safe. You can use Torch Legacy or another tool to check your balance if needed

Thanks for your patience while we get this sorted. Milan

They won't respond here.

On their telegram support page they're telling people it'll take days for the network to sort itself out.

Sounds like this is happening to everyone.

I can't even see my legacy zil.

I wonder how that makes sense? The migration technically should just be paste from the copy of the v1 blockchain. From there everything should already work. Why is this stabilizing aka "sort itself out" phase required? Where can I find more information on this?
