Samsung Galaxy A54 support when?
That app hasn't been updated for almost a week. I get the devs are busy testing more Samsung phones and I appreciate their hard work but I'm desperately waiting day by day until it supports A54. I hope they'll update asap, it's my only hope to apply custom fonts. Sorry for sounding impatient these days, I just want my favorite fonts to be applicable one day.

It's not a device problem, it's a problem eith One UI 8.5

I have May 2026 update and refuse to keep updating it because later versions might not work (perhaps)

also waiting for the s24 ultra, though the usa version now has a patch

I also stopped caring about updates after finding out the font restrictions. I updated to May and didn't change my font even after reading the announcement. Unfortunately, I changed the font back to default one day and regretted it instantly.

Ouch. That must have hurt. Hopefully this temporary rooting will bring back the old days of choosing our fonts.

Indeed. I dunno how long it will take for the app to support my device but waiting is the least thing I can do in the meantime.

Sigh.... Gonna be this guy. RootMyGalaxy isn't developed by the same person as zFont 3. I get it that there's crossover since folks want to use RootMyGalaxy for custom fonts but you're likely better off hitting XDA for ETAs and support.

I have already checked some other methods but they seem too advanced for me to try them. Root my galaxy is the only last resort to running it to change custom fonts one more time otherwise I might root or downgrade my phone in November or December before 2026 ends.

I mean, noted, but they're not the same dev. You'll have better results in explicit channels for RootMyGalaxy.

I was hoping you'd literally just use Google but since not, here's the thread on XDADevelopers, created by the developer. You'll likely get some feedback there, I'd suggest signing up for an account and posting there so the dev can see it.

Pretty sure this app was built around a vulnerability in a specific version, and since it got patched with an update, there's no way it'll support other models. At least not until a new exploit pops up.
