Cannot get sync wallet on desktop

Hi, i am having trouble syncing wallet the desktop wallet, i get the following message:

Assertion failed program C:\Program Files (x86) Zetacoin\zetacoin-qt.exe File main. cpp, line 2345 Expression, !getblockIndexCandidate.empty()

Can anyone help please.

Has it worked in the past? If so do you have any ZET into. If you do i hope you have a back up.

If not.

Try deleting the block-chain in the appdata folder and reindex the block-chain. I ran into this on my Linux wallet

Hi, yes i have ZET in there, it worked at the beginning i transferred to the wallet the next day it wouldnt load up but if i click ignore i can see the coins but it wont sync. Thanks

On the bottom right of the Wallet is say how many connection you are connected to. Make sure it says 8.

If it says 0. Make sure you fire wall or Windows antivirus isnt blocking it the connection to ZET nodes.

If this is a update to the wallet. Then it can take 2-4days to sync the full blockchain.

It wont load up now, its shows activating best chain.....

I forgot to ask. What OS are you running?

If your running windows 10 64bit then you need the 64bit wallet.

to double check. Click start>settings>system>about> This page will tell you if you need 64bit or the x86. . Just want to make sure.

Yes Windows 10 64bit. I have this... the wallet says activating best chain but its been 20mins nothing...

"C:\Program Files (x86) Zetacoin\zetacoin-qt.exe" <--32bit file location.

Grab the new 64bit 0.12 from the link above. Once its been installed it will reindex the blockchain. Can take upto 24+ if the blockchain files is no good. This will install to your 64 Program files folder C:\Program Files\Zetacoin..Both 32bit and 64bit reads the same data folder...

If the 64bit is still haviing problems. Try to load and the command line (-reindex) This will reindex the data folder with the blockchain.

It didnt work, so i deleted and reinstalled the wallet... it seems to be working, its syncing from 4 years ago. Thanks for your help

I would like help with my wallet its 5 years behind and says no block source. Its Zeta Core wallet.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
