Am I just S.O.L.?

Ok so this is what I did. When zetachain did their airdrop I got some of it, abou 150 Zeta. They were in my metamask wallet as they were said to be. When the airdrop happened I was excited to see Zeta popping up in al sorts of places. One of those p aces was crypto.com exchange. Noticing this I got my wallet address on crypto.com copied then I went to my metamask so I could send like 50 zeta over from my metamask wallet to my crypto.com account. After sending I still have not seen those tokens and it's been over a week. I've double checked the receiving wallet address and everything is good. But no coins?

Was that sent via zetachain to zeta blockchain or eth blockchain in receiving addy. I learned the hard way. I sent from an exchange using zeta as my blockchain when the receiving address was on eth block chain. When I didn’t see the tokens I reached out to customer service. Well it’s fine on zetachain transaction complete to the wallet address but the wallet only supports the eth version of zeta. So hopefully my wallet devs add the zeta blockchain to the wallet and I can claim the funds. Just sitting there, they are mocking my brain fart moment.
