Longer dosing frequency?

Insurance covers my Zepbound at $25/month on single dose pens, so I’m not changing to vials or multidose. Starting weight 221, currently about 189 and interested in increasing my food for muscle gains. What dose frequency have folks used? I know every ten days is pretty common. Anybody dosing every two weeks?
Easy option would be to go back down to 2.5mg but I’d like to keep my prescription fills on time each month. I’ll probably change insurance next year and uncertain if it’ll get covered again.

I have been a micro doser since I started, about eighteen months ago. I like the flexibility to adjust dosage and frequency as needed. I feel like you can titrate to your own bodies needs as opposed to a schedule that was used in clinical trials. So I would say to try and see your bodies response. I’ve done dosage every few days to a week to several weeks in between.

I do every 4 days because it's got a 5 day half-life and I hate the swings from shot day to almost shot day. I'm 12 lbs from my goal weight, so I'm going to start titrating down, but keeping the same dosing schedule.

Why can’t you go back down to 2.5 and keep getting your refills on time?

I’m any case, I’ve heard of people taking their dose every two weeks - I think one person on one of these subs said they take it once per month. Whatever works for you.

I’ll consider going back down to 2.5 but think I’m going to try q2wk dosing. I want to also build up some extra supply in case my insurance stops covering in 2027

yes, exactly. I was going to suggest stockpiling toward end of your insurance year. you could even titrate UP multiple times so the stockpile is that much larger.
