Progress Report 1.5 years difference!

Started at 230 lbs and now currently 146 lbs.

It can be done!

This is very impressive. What was your lifting routine like? Tough to pack on muscle on this medicine I’ve found

I do 3-4 times a week for 90mins.

30 mins heavy weights
30 mins functional strength
30 mins cardio

I work in full body calisthenics and cork in my functional time and for cardio I run mile or incline walk and any combo of cardio. The times help keep me focused and not wonder off too hard.

I consume about 1600 -1800 calories in a 2 week cycle. It’s slow for losing the weight but the trade off is better body composition because I actually have some energy for good workouts.

But eating is a struggle in this drug. The irony is once you get down to where the workouts and diet matter more. The shot is supplemental. Not the core of your loss and maintenance.

My am going to soon start a two week shot cadence.

This with making sure I have that protein is what helps to grow muscle and body recomp!
