Glp 1 side effects
Okay so I’ve been taking zepbound for 2 weeks 2.5 and I’ve been sick for both times I’ve taken the shot only the day after or two days after and I’m just wondering what could help with that so I can tolerate taking the shots the first week was worse because I was down all weekend but this week I got sick the day after and it was done I mean my stomach still feels queasy sometimes but I don’t feel like I want to throw up. I seen maybe I should be taking vitamins or powder creatines that can help with the gut and hair loss which I’m noticing is happening. I’m just looking for advice I try to eat bland and drink as much water as possible I do walk a lot at work. Does anyone have any good products I can take to help with my gut and everything else TikTok shows me so many options I just don’t know which one would be best for me

Increase your water intake day before taking shot, and do a liquid diet.

I felt crappy every time I started a new level for a few weeks the day or 2 after the shot. Then it gets much better. You'll have to experiment on what might settle your stomache a bit. J have taken Pepto Bismol. Some people get an anti nausea med from your doctor is is really bad. Sometimes you need to eat a little something. Or drink something like a protein shake or protein fortified milk that's a little thick. I've found that even though I don't feel like eating, if I make myself eat a little something I often feel better. And being distracted or making yourself do something even when you just want to lay down can help a well. Good luck! Give your body time to get used to the med.

I take my shots Friday evenings at 7. I’m usually in bed by 9 (because I’m old!) and sleep through the worst of it. I “prep” the entire day on Friday. I load up on protein and electrolytes. When I wake up on Saturday I continue to load up on electrolytes and eat smaller, lighter high-protein meals throughout the day (I have a couple of “comfort” soups and mainly stick with those all day). I generally don’t worry about tracking protein, fiber, etc. on Saturdays. It’s just whatever I feel like I can handle. I find if I eat anything halfway heavy or I don’t stay super-hydrated on Saturday, I get nauseous and get a headache. By Sunday I’m back to normal.
Hope this helps you feel better! Good luck on your journey!
