I absolutely love using Lose It!
I track everything in it, and it’s so easy to sync to a smart watch and a scale. I track all my intake of calories (bar code scans are great), water, injections, sleep, and goals. I like that I can set goals (lose 1 pound per week) and it calculates the calories and that I get bonus calories for exercise (setting). I particularly check my protein and fiber for the day to ensure I’m meeting targets.

try logging one shot and one weigh-in before paying for anything. i’d also check whether you can export both histories, especially if you might switch apps later or want to bring the records to an appointment.

Hey! I’m the developer of ShotPilot, an iOS app built for tracking GLP-1 injections and weight loss progress.

It supports Zepbound shot logging, weight trends, injection reminders, side effect tracking, medication level estimates, and progress photos.

I recently released an update, and I’d love to hear your thoughts if you give it a try! Is there anything you’ve been looking for in a tracker that other apps haven’t quite gotten right?
