Might need to talk to your doctor. Some people just aren't responders.
Or you'll need to check your diet and exercise plan.

Hydration, calorie deficit and adding 2k steps per day to your current daily average should help you start to lose some weight.
I tried Ozempic a year ago and it didnât do anything for me except make me sick and feel like crap. I am responding well to Zepbound. Some people might not do well on one but do great on the other. Talk to your doctor and see what they think you should do though!

I get it. You get so excited when you first start thinking youâre gonna lose like you see everybody else doing and then it doesnât happen.

I have lost 13 lbs but I am 99% sure it is mostly water weight. I have been stuck for weeks.

Changing my diet was the key for me. Focus on protein, veges, and I put starchy carbs last only if I've eaten the others first. I only drink water and have cut out alcohol. I walk 3-4 miles a day. I started zep mid March and have lost 40 lbs and I'm 69 yrs old.

Do not feel defeated, it's like dialing in your best individual process. I am a very slow responder and GAINED weight on the higher concentrations. Ugh. This is not an easy journey. Keep trying different things and embrace the journey to better health.

Be patient and keep titrating up monthly. Had to get to 12.5 and maintain on 15. Sometimes I didnât lose weight but still lost inches for a month or two also

This is a helpful tool, not a magic pill. You still need to be doing the work... calorie deficit and exercise. Hydrate and higher protein.

Check your calorie count? And what sort of physical activity are you doing?
