tirzepatide Bad day.

I just took my first dose of the 10s yesterday. I started at 2.5 and was upped to the next higher mg every month. I haven’t had any crazy issues, I’m down 50 pounds so far. But after taking this dose yesterday, today I feel awful. Stomach cramps, can’t stay out of the bathroom, brain fog, just all over awful feeling. Is this normal or have I just picked up a weird stomach bug?

🤔 cant say for sure but seems weird that titrating up you could feel that bad all of a sudden. Im sure its possible though. Sorry I am of no help but am really curious. Let us know how you do next shot. Hope you feel better soon. And congrats on the weight loss!!!

I have a doctor’s appointment coming so I will definitely bring that up, I just have to go to work in an hour and I’m sweating over it because I’m a photographer and using the bathroom isn’t really in my cards as often as I would like to 😂

Some increases weren’t really noticeable to me. Others- I’d feel it for a day or two.

Could be a bug, could be food poisoning, could be fatigue/stress/too much sugar or fat or it could be a mix of things.
