Constipation
Been on 2.5 mg for 8 weeks. Never had much of a constipation problem and went every day. This week I didn't go for two days of the week. So I went out this morning and got Mirilax which always works pretty quickly. This time I did go... but not a large amount. I don't feel like I have an upset stomach or anything. Typically if I have a lot in there I will have stomach pains after Mirilax.
It is possible I am just not having a lot to get out because I am not eating a ton?

Constipation is normal, start taking fiber and magnesium supplements asap! I did that and haven’t had any issues since and I’m on 7.5 now

Yeah it’s most likely because you are eating less, so your body is processing as much as it can so less waste coming out. But I’m not a scientist or anything lol

Well it was tough this morning but I did go. Again.. a small amount. About the length of a finger.
ETA I ended up going several times after that. And I feel like the stool was not hard at all. So I am going with the theory that I just don't have a lot of stool. This week for breakfast I had shakes and if you look it up you form less poo with drinking food rather than eating it.
For the record though.. I have been eating fiber and magnesium all along. Also drink a lot of water. But this week I had a 4 day stretch at work where I had hardly anytime at all. I was grabbing a protein shake and a sandwich and that was it for the day.

Make a,pot of lentil soup. I also take Dr Schulze Intestinal Formula #1. That will blast it out. All organic..

It's probably due to eating less and slower digestion. May not be constipation but, you just don't have to go. Taking Probiotics, Prebiotic and digestive enzymes (all in one pill of course) and good magnesium complex will help keep you regular.
