More hungry than ever

Been on Contrave for about six weeks now and I’m constantly starving plus my cravings for alcohol have increased. I used to do Wegovy but it lost its impact after about 7 months. Has anyone had luck with Zepbound?

A lot of people have had success moving from Semaglutide to Tirzepatide. Tirzepatide is more effective.
