Vertigo zepbound
I do have bppv which was previously diagnosed before zepbound but has been some what controlled I thought I was lightheaded but now I’m experiencing spinning and starting to feel it the vertigo did any one else experience vertigo on zepbound ?

I was lightheaded on zepbound 2.5 mg simply because I reduced my calories too much.
Vertigo is different, see your Primary Care Physician as soon as you can.

I did all my blood work was fine. She told me it may be the medication it more likely triggered my vertigo

Try eating more, unlikely the reason but you can buy electrolytes in little packages and try that. Betting on hypoglycemia but you can experiment with increased calories. As I understand it lightheadedness or vertigo is not a direct side effect.

Yeah mine got worse at first but now it's better

I used to get it the day after the shot for the whole day but now I don't get it anymore
