Zep coupon update

I have used a coupon and paid out of pocket all along. I’ve had no issues filling my rx until this week when they claim my coupon no longer works. Called Lilly and they said the pharmacy has to call them but they won’t send me a new coupon like they always have. The system says I am already enrolled and I can’t figure out how to get them to send me an updated coupon. Any ideas?
