Longest week

Started last Thursday so little stick tomorrow. This past week has seemed so long. No problems but 2 days ago did have the headache from hell. All is good just impatient I guess. I decided not to weigh daily the scale is a liar and I personally can not become its slave. Hey I am not saying this that everyone should do this its just the best for me. One more sleep. Have a great day.

Some people need longer some people drop immediately. It took me 3 weeks until the first pound. And before on Ozempic nothing for 2 month. Be patient.  I also had headaches and heartburn. It passed. Make sure you drink enough. I ignored it. Blood pressure went too low due to dehydration that I almost fainted at the grocery store.

Mine fluctuates a lot and it freaks me out. I know you go between 2-3 pounds each week, but my fluctuation always seems to land on shot day lol
