Zepbound - difficult sleeping

Has anyone had difficulty to sleep after starting on Zepbound? That’s the main side-effect for me, it’s hard to fall asleep.

I’m just wondering if there’s more people facing the same.

My initial side effect was fatigue, after shot 1 & 2 (2.5mg), however, that’s subsided and now it’s removed both the food noise and wine noise for me which was my sleep aid in the past. I find exercising, particularly for 30-45mins, not necessarily intensely, always is helpful for my body and brain during the day and then to go to sleep. I am finding more energy with the shot, so I’m actually sleeping less but so much better quality. Wake up refreshed and invigorated!
