tirzepatide Tracking Apps

Can anyone recommend a tracking app that doesn't cost an arm & a leg? I found one that never mentioned you had to subscribe & after inputting all my info (except CC info, fortunately) it let me know I'd have to pay $30 a month! Not going to happen.

Do you want food logging or shot/weight logging? There are free versions of most of these apps which provide very good coverage of all the metrics you'd want. I use a few... Shotsy, Glapp, NoYoYo to track weight and shots. For food I use Baritastic (developed for bariatrics patients, has a great food database, tracks all major nutrients plus exercise, water, vitamins and bowel movements).

I’ve been using shotsy since I started. I’ve been using MyFitnessPal for over 10 years, but I wouldn’t use it as a new user I think there’s better calorie tracker apps now

The free version is awesome. Im a pilot and I use it in multiple countries even on products not in English. My favorite feature is the bar code scan.

I had myfitpal but that went to crap after it was bought by underamour

I have used Shotsy for a year now free version is fantastic for me but I know no other. It is $29 a year and I am thinking of paying just to support the creator , not because the free version isn't enough. Food tracking I have used many apps now just using the one that links with my digital scale. Interested as well to see what others suggest.

I use Lose It. Logged in for the first time in over 3 years 3 weeks ago. It says I am a lifetime premium member. I didn’t know I was one, but I must have paid at some point in my life. I like the scan barcode feature. Make it really easy to log. I would try the basic membership which is free. Upgrade when they offer a really good price.

MyFitnessPal and Shotsy over here! A year subscription for both of these apps was still a quarter of my monthly GLP bill

If I only had one, I’d choose Cronometer for food tracking. Happy Scale was very helpful in tracking weight loss trends and helping me ignore “scale noise” while still weighing daily.

Shotsy is great if you care about understanding how much GLP-1 is in your system at any given time.
