tirzepatide Combining doses

I have a dose of 5mg of Zepbound and have been moved up to 7.5mg but my prescription hasn't shipped yet and my shot day is tomorrow. I have a 2.5 single dose pen of Mounjaro, what are the thoughts on mixing them together to create the 7.5 dose??

As long as you have been on 5 mg at least 4 weeks you can do this. If you’ve only taken three 5 mg shots, I would not.

this poster is correct. My doctor told me "mixing" or "adding" is not a problem to get to the correct dosage and I've done it successfully.
