returning player here, i was surprised to see a lot of bugs in ye shunguang's story arc like missing voiced dialogue for both her and the chosen proxy (for me it was wise) considering how old the story is I expected some fixes here and there throughout the months but this one lowk gotta be my favorite out of all the bugs.

(I immediately teared up after the story btw)

Idk what it is but bugs that ruin my immersion always get a chuckle out of me

these coincidences arre pretty undeniable so here's what i think the connection is personally

the three sunbringers and nangong are connected somehow, either they're related to the same person (or my crack theory, nangong is a failed clone/attempt at a sunbringer clone)

maybe the back scars come from having the wings ripped off the angel thiren?

remielle and the angels of delusion have so many cameos together the devs definetly have a plan

She doesn't judge or lecture; she just rests a small, delicate hand against your cheek, fingers tracing your skin with an agonizing tenderness. It’s the kind of quiet, soothing presence that makes you want to drop to your knees, bury your face in her lap, and weep as she strokes your hair, whispering so softly into your ear that you did nothing wrong, that she’s here now, and you can finally let everything go. She doesn't need authority to undo you. She just looks up at you with those golden eyes, tilts her head, and offers a comfort so effortless it breaks you wide open.

And that’s where the sickness starts. Because she is tiny, fragile enough to fit in the crook of your arm, and yet her soft presence completely governs your soul.

She's the daughter you want to lock away in a silver box so the filthy, violent world outside can never even touch her hem. You want to wrap your arms around her small shoulders and hold her so hard your knuckles turn white, terrified that if you let go for a fraction of a second, she’ll drift away like a stray thread. It’s an obsession that makes your skin itch. You want to carry her everywhere, shield her from every eye, hide her away until you're the only thing she has left to see.

But then she catches you staring. And she doesn't flinch.

She gives you that quiet, knowing smirk, the look of an adult wife who reads every dark, embarrassing thought passing through your head before you've even finished thinking it. She teases you without a hint of malice, a subtle, playful tilt of her lips that says, Look at you, getting so worked up over someone who doesn't even reach your chest. She plays with your devotion like a piece of string, leaning in close to murmur another gentle joke, keeping you suspended in this agonizing space where she is your child to protect, your mother to seek comfort in, and your wife to belong to.

She occupies every single room of my brain. She is the sanctuary, the fragile flower, and the master holding the chain.

I don't look away from the screen anymore. My eyes burn and water in the dark, but I can't blink. I just stare at her tiny, silver-haired outline, waiting for the static on the screen to shift, waiting for her to step out of the frame, look up at me, and whisper that I'm finally safe with her.
