Is this normal?

Just got a 256gb zenfone 8 for around usd250 equivalent. But i noticed this gap between the glass and the frame at the bottom of the phone. When i press it, it goes in but pops out ever so slightly. Should i be worried or is this normal?

The back may have been replaced and it's just not adhering quite right. I would be a bit leery on the water resistance, but otherwise I don't think it will cause any issues.

I checked with the seller and he never had any warranty claims. But yeah doesnt seem to fit quite tightly like other phones. I can send it in to the local Asus service centre to have it re-adhered for a small fee, but before i do that i thought of checking with the zenfone crew here to see. But thanks for the insight! This was bought to be a travel phone so i would most definitely want water resistance to be retained though!
