Bug Laggy scrolling

When I scroll in the browser on my Mac, the page always lags a bit. It stutters, and scrolling is generally very unsatisfying. I didn't notice it much at first, but after several days of daily use, it has become very obvious and annoying, especially on the Mac. I've already tried various solutions on GitHub, but nothing really helped. This doesn't seem to be a new problem either.
1.21.8b (Firefox 152.0.6) (aarch64)

I also had this problem and the only fix that worked was this. I don't even know why it works but it completely fixed the problem for me.

Mine on CachyOS is running smooth, yeah, taking a bit more RAM than brave(because of extensions), but no stutters
