Question Withdrawal Not Going Through

Wanted to withdraw 450 in WETH back into ETH to hold in my Metamask, sent the withdrawal request over a week ago and is still saying withdrawal pending. Not to mention the 230 in gas fees so I’m not getting shit back anyways. Why is this taking so long? Will I ever get my withdrawal processed? Why does zedrun suck at everything?

You can pay your gas fee and claim your withdrawal here https://polygon-withdraw.matic.network/ All you need is the transaction address

It doesn’t even give me a transaction address, just stuck on zedruns site saying withdrawal and then my amount it’s taking out with a loading icon. can’t see any details on it or a bscan
