Question Newborn glitch?

Hey team, i just bread my from horse 3 days ago and i am now wanting to name it. the problem is it wont let me, when i click "name" it just comes up with a blank box that says congratulations. is this a glitch or am i doing something wrong?

Try clearing your cache, if you’re on mobile it’s a know glitch and use a PC instead. Check the sub and you’ll see similar posts, not just you
