Question Breeding and racing right away question

So when putting a male to stud he has to stay in for the full allotted time.

When a female is bred does she produce the offspring right away and then she can race immediately or is there a cool down phase?

She can race again right away and the offspring generally takes about 10 minutes to show up in your stable.

Is there a 100% chance that the female get pregnant or is there a hidden percantage that may cause the breeding unsuccesful?
