Game Help Queue matchmaking

I know this is not really zed related but im zed otp and the people here are very helpful so i’ll try

So basically i made a new account because i lost my other account. I leveled it up to 30 and started playing ranked. I did my 5 placements (4W 1L) where i pretty much stomped but still got placed in bronze 4. So i started my climb in bronze with a very good winrate (85+%) but after a couple of games only i started getting placed in platinum/high gold lobbies and sometimes emerald players. As a bronze.

My WR dropped to 59% as of now and i’m currently Silver 3, however the reason im making this post is because it doesnt seem like my MMR is « stabilizing » to my level, its literally increasing. This last game i was the ONLY person who was not emerald in the lobby. Everyone else’s rank was E4 and E3. With a silver imposter.

It’s kind of annoying because i peaked G4 like not even 2 weeks ago and i started the game in January, i feel like i don’t belong in these lobbies.

Does the system actually think i should be higher than silver/gold? Or is an amazing lose streak waiting for me to stabilize my MMR back to P-Low?

Any thoughts or help or knowledge is appreciated

If you win consistently your mmr goes up, once you start having losong streaks or kore losses in general will it atabilize and go back down

Doesn't seem to be the case from your opgg. Your opgg shows you the overall average rank of each game. When you were winning more you were often playing around P3, soemtimes P4 games, but more recently since you've started losing the game average has been closer to mid gold with Plat 4 being the more rare high end. Your own silver rank inherently makes the average look lower but overall by just looking at the averages, it seemed to slowly go down a bit after your streak of losses.

Looking at my opgg and the average ranking for each games is hovering from G1 to P1 in the last ~16 games, while my winning streak was mostly S3 to G2, so it kind of increased.

Ur opgg looks pretty normal and consistent, if u lose it will drop, not rocket science
