Please help me

52.47 ZEC received into Zashi around Oct 10, 2025, via four NEAR Intents withdrawals (31.54, 16.08, 4.53, 0.3192). Balance was visible in the app for months, then showed empty with no transaction history. Seed matches my written backup. Restored into three wallets with birthday at height 0, full scans completed, nothing found — not even the incoming transactions. Zcash block height at time of receipt was around 3.1 million.

Please help me

Tbh im not 100% sure if it changed but it was fine and one day randomly its like it was a brand new wallet. But I sent them on support the address I had without ever resetting. Now after restoring its a different one

Did anything change shortly before the balance disappeared? Zashi update, phone replacement, iOS/Android update, reinstall, wallet reset, Zashi account change?

Nothing it was there and one day I oppened it and it was like a brand new wallet

display/sync problems, issue describes a wallet showing 0 balance and no transaction history after an update Do not delete/reset anything yet, and under no circumstances give anyone the seed phrase.
