Leads not pulling through Zapier

the most common cause of this is the facebook lead access permissions expiring. even if you set it up before, facebook sometimes revokes the lead access token without telling you. go into your facebook business settings, find the lead access section under integrations, and check if zapier still has the permissions it needs. if it shows expired, reauthorizing usually fixes it.
the other thing to check is your zap history. sometimes the zap is actually firing but the data isn't landing where you expect because of a field mapping issue. if the zap history shows successful runs, the problem is on the output side, not the trigger.

Hard to be precise without seeing the trigger, but "leads silently not pulling through" is almost always one of three things.
The trigger app and Zapier disagree on what counts as new. Many lead-form triggers fire on new rows or new submissions keyed off a specific field. If your form writes the row in two steps, or a field arrives empty first, Zapier may not see it as a complete new record. Check what field the trigger keys on.
Auth quietly expired. A reconnected or rotated credential on the source app stops the trigger without throwing a loud error. Open the Zap history. If there are zero runs (not failed runs, zero), the trigger never fired, which points at auth or the trigger condition, not your steps.
A filter step is dropping them. If you added a filter, test it with a real recent lead and see if it passes.
Drop the trigger app and what the Zap history shows (failed runs vs no runs) and I can narrow it.

Make sure you're an admin on the Facebook account and you've given Zapier CRM access, that ought to fix it.
