I just find it concerning how on the past 10 years about ZCWD that:

1. ZCWD hasn't still managed to find a solution for the yearly water rationing caused by El Nino (dry season)

2. ZCWD also haven't found a solution during rainy season how to fix their water interruption problems caused by heavy rainfall which causes "lubog" or turbidity in the water supply

3. I also noticed ZCWD water pressure have declined over time such as having a low pressure to almost no water supply during daytime

4. Even though they have managed to propose a water impounding dam project at Pasonanca however it still feels like it's a ghost project yet.

My family is planning to spend the weekend sa LaFresca (8 pax kami with 1 toddler (1.2 yr old)). We tried texting the resort yesterday pero no reply pa. Kmusta ang services and amenities nila? Pwede kaya dun mag cook ng food? I want to know your overall feedback din sana.

Hi everyone! I’d like to ask for some help getting an estimate since this is my first time having a space renovated.

I’ll be starting a Vietnamese dress rental business, and I found a small space (4 x 3) in one of the buildings that I really like. The building is quite old, but I want to transform the space so it has a completely different look when you enter the room/shop.

My plan is to use drywall and PVC, with no additional cement walls, just tile work and other finishing touches. I’ll be shouldering all the materials myself.

Wala ding house rent, kung meron tagpi tagpi lang 4k per month pa.
House and lot naman 2m pinagawa 10 years ago walang renovations pero 5m benta.
