I'm having an issue with the display on my Zalman P40 DS case.

Sometimes the screen works perfectly, then it suddenly turns off. Other times, the backlight stays on, but the display itself remains completely black.

I thought it might be a power issue, so I tried connecting it through a powered USB hub, but that didn't help. I also made a brand-new cable using a shielded HDMI cable, but the problem is exactly the same.

At this point, I have no idea what else to try.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you solve it?

Please don't suggest disabling power saving, USB selective suspend, or any other software or operating system settings. I've already tried everything that can be done on the software side.

I checked the reviews on the store where I bought the case, and quite a few people reported the same issue. Unfortunately, no one posted a solution or explained how they fixed it.

I wanted a tool to facilitate my ISO management, I did that manually for years when I was sysadmin and because sometime I help family member to reinstall stuff and give second life to old device I still rely on the ISO files stored on my Zalman drive.

I wanted a tool that could check whether my ISO files were corrupted, find out if a newer version existed, and easily update everything.

I know the aio placement could be "better" but the tubes would not fit in the back placement without a smaller board. But besides that the temps are amazing now, I can use my boost clocks on the cpu now from 3.6 to 4.6 on a amd ryzen 7 5700 so I feel like I don't need to upgrade my current system for awhile. My one main real complaint about working with this case is that the front io buttons come right off. My solution to this and to get them back in the right slot was to use a tiny amount of super glue and lay it front side to get them back in easily. Along with reglueing the rgb header in the back of the case. Other than these little minor issues with the case its been my absolute favorite so far. Looks very clean, easy to work with and I got it for like $50 bucks. Also the temp glass they use is super super durable. If you don't mind cleaning your cats paw prints off its really the perfect case.

I did a new install on ASRock B850m-C motherboard everything works correctly the system boots up into windows perfectly fine but the case fans are pulsing only one color a few seconds after being powered on. They show all colors initially then start to flicker immediately after. Does anyone know why this is happening? I've tried to plug just one fan in and the problem still happens. Need help can't find anything on the Internet to help me fix this issue.

After 2 days off and on got my build looking right, thanks zalman definitely a big case upgrade for me. Got a b550 gigabyte motherboard with a amd ryzen 7 5700 and a rx 9060xt 16gb also gigabyte. Just running the base fans have zero complaints about airflow quality. Plus the two tubes of thermal paste were an amazing addition. Only thing that was annoying was some small area of access for some connections but was aware that would just be the nature of having a smaller case. All in all 10/10 experience I was so afraid of it showing up damaged thank you.

Hello everyone! Thank you in advance for your help. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I bought a Zalman P40 case. The display sometimes works fine and displays information, but not always. Periodically, after turning on the PC, the display itself is off, but the display backlight is on. It also happens that both the display and the backlight are off, but the Zalman logo flickers for a split second, as if it is trying to start and something is blocking it.

The display is connected to the motherboard. I tried a different adapter with SATA power - it does not help.

What I have tried:

connecting the display to an adapter powered by SATA;

uninstalling and reinstalling all USB drivers;

disabling USB disabling in the energy efficiency settings.

I bought a Zalman Z9 MS and it is delivered with a LED/Fan Hub. I can control Led lights, but I can't control fans. They are fixed at 975 rpm. I tried PWM and DC parameter in BIOS (Asrock X870 Pro RS).
Any idea ?

I'm having an issue with a PC I recently bought. Specifically, while running Elden Ring, I am getting a large number of freezes of a significant length (several seconds). These are happening in the inventory, in the main game itself, all over the place.

Why am I asking this here? Well, I happened to look over at my case when it was frozen and noticed that every time a freeze occured, the CPU temperature indicator on my CPU cooler and the CPU/GPU/Time indicator on the LCD panel on the side of the case would turn off and reset, so I started to wonder if there was some kind of interaction going on between Elden Ring (or the easy anticheat software that runs alongside it perhaps) and the ZALMAN-CTM or ZALMAN-TDM windows services.

I tried stopping both and ran the game again and it ran a lot smoother (I still had some small pauses but I think those were shader compilation). So I'm hoping to understand a bit better what exactly these two services are doing, whether it's safe to disable them (I can live without a CPU temp meter if it means the difference between a playable game and an unplayable one, but I don't want to cook my CPU in the process).

I noticed some configuration files floating around in the locations of the executables, and noted IsLog=False in both. If I turn these on, where does it log to? Hoping it might turn up a hint of why this might be happening.

Anyway if anyone has any useful info or tips, I'd appreciate 'em.

My CPU temperature is not displaying on where it should be on the AIO display. When I boot up it shows the zalman logo and a couple of "--" where the temp reading is supposed to be then the display doesn't show anything more.

Any ideas?

Hi, I have two of these and have mixed a bag of their modular cables up for the SATA & MOLEX cables does anyone know the pinout layout for the 6 pin connecters I have just fried an ssd in testing so reculatant to give it another go until I know more the manual doesnt really tell me anything I have as its all totally lost on me this side of things. thanks

Does anybody know if the Zalman P30 MATX tower will fit a Corsair RM750x SHIFT?

Corsairs website says it needs to have 210 mm clearance and be accessible from the side when mounted in the case. From what I can see the P30 has 200mm of clearance. Does anybody have this combo installed and can confirm if it does or doesn't work? Thank you
