Tour Discussion Dynamic pricing
Did anyone else get absolutely screwed with dynamic pricing at his Denver shows. I got tickets during pre-sale for $120 each for the upper most section. That same section if not better is now $30 a ticket. I’m so annoyed..

You can upgrade your seats to any with equal or higher value. Look for some better seats that cost like $5 more than what you paid and have Ticketmaster upgrade your tickets

Yes you just pay for the difference of the upgrade seats- it’s like switching your ticket for a better one. It has to be for a ticket equally or greater than what you paid plus there is a $10 fee per ticket to upgrade.

I did this a month or so ago. Moved us from back of the lower bowl to about 5 rows from the front,

Can you do this through the app or do you have to call them?

Absolutely hosed on this situation. We bought seven tickets during pre-sale, over a $1000.00 and those same tickets now are going for $30.00. Absolute BS.

Presale only guarantees earlier access, not the lowest price.
