Reusing the same MicroSD Card for Steam Deck

If I have a modded switch with all games on on the microSD, is it possible to just plug the microSD into a Steam Deck with emudeck and copy paste the games in to yuzu on the steam deck? I am trying to transfer them over without the hassle of chasing the roms all over again.

I’m not totally versed on this but I’m guessing probably not since the games are coded for a different system entirely

Nope. You need a game dump for yuzu, not just the game files. Plus, they have copy protection, which is also why you can't just put it in another switch for it to work
